Joseph Colapietro, Jr.

Senior Project Manager

Joseph is responsible for strategic direction to
engineers, architects, designers and general contractors for an array of
construction projects.

Mr. Colapietro has over 20 years of construction experience. Mr.
Colapietro began his career as a carpenter while in High School.  During this time, he gained practical
construction experience in the electrical, plumbing, flooring and
painting.  He has worked for
subcontractors preparing RFP’s, estimating and project management.  Following his experience Mr. Colapietro was
employed by two nationally recognized construction company where he rose from
the ranks of assistant superintendent to project manager to VP of Construction.  He has experience with master plan
residential projects, new construction, renovation, preservation, health care
and landmarked properties.

Mr. Colapietro obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural
Technology from New York Institute of Technology in 2006 with minors in
Construction Management & Advanced AutoCAD. 
He has successfully completed 40 Hour Safety and Health training by OSHA
and is a certified FDNY Construction Site Fire Safety Manager.

In his spare time, Mr. Colapietro enjoys spending time with his
wife and daughters, coaching their softball teams and is an active member of
his local volunteer fire department.
